What this portal holds

The student portal is where the school keeps a student’s own file. Depending on what the school has recorded, that can include:

• the student’s name, year group and enrolment status
• the name and contact details of a parent or guardian
• class schedule and course enrolments
• certificates and transcripts
• billing and payment status for tuition
• welfare information the school needs in order to keep a student safe, which can include allergies and other medical notes a parent has given us

Who can open it

Pages holding student information require you to sign in. They are reachable only by the student, by a parent or guardian linked to that student, and by the staff whose work requires it. They are not published, not indexed by search engines, and not visible to other families.

What we do not do with it

• We do not sell it. Not ever, and not any part of it.
• We do not use it for advertising, and we run no advertising here.
• We do not feed it to any artificial intelligence service.
• We do not share it outside the school except where the law requires it, or where someone’s safety genuinely demands it.

What a parent can ask for

You may ask to see everything the school holds about your child, to have anything wrong corrected, to be told who has had access to it, and to have it deleted where no legal duty requires the school to keep it. We will confirm your identity and your relationship to the student before releasing anything, which protects the child as much as it protects you.
